The thing that makes Feldmann imports different than any other dealer is their high quality service, how kind they are as soon as you walk through the door and how speedy they can get your car. You get to see a lot of options, like firsthand test drive them immediately and they're just, they're above the rest. My experience using the pickup and drop-off service was awesome. Adam was very, communicated very well and let me know how the process was going. I got videos, I got texts which make it easy on me. Feldmann has been great as far as like attention to detail especially with my car and yeah I mean I used to have a BMW and I every time I went to the service center was a different person. They had no idea who I was. I was like starting over each time. Um here, I talked to Adam. He knows me by name. You know I'd, we chat about other things in my car, you know it's a nice experience I guess. My name is Bob Hammond, I'm from New Hampshire and we were looking for a Mercedes convertible, very hard to find especially in this beautiful color blue and I looked all over the internet and finally found this one. So, I contacted Jack and he was very, very good, helped me immensely and because I knew the car was going to sell fast, I quickly put a deposit on just to hold the car and Jack was able to do that for me and so then I uh I flew down here this morning. I had to get up at 4 o'clock in the morning because I had to drive quite a ways to an airport, I live in upstate New Hampshire in the lakes region and flew here and i'm just so excited! I love the car it's just fantastic so very happy! So, I chose Feldmann Imports because when I drive through that service door, I kind of feel like a princess. I mean, these guys come out and they are they're kind, they laugh at my joke, they take really good care of me. They do things quickly, they get me back in my car and back to work, back to my life and I always leave with a smile on my face. The thing that makes Feldmann Imports different from the other dealers, Mercedes-Benz dealers specifically, which I have been to, it's the environment. You are welcome when you walk in, you don't have to go and look for a salesman, you are greeted at the door and then you are taken care of and so that's when you don't have time and you really want to buy the car you need someone who can help you right away and get you the car that you need or have you look at the car that you need and so that's why I chose to go with them. Everything was fast, my order was placed quickly. Provided great service. They always help you find what you want. I feel like I've always been serviced by family. Everybody's super friendly and why not come back for a new car in the future, you know? They are a number one customer focused and they look forward to dealing with customers no matter the circumstances. Yeah, there's other options out there but i'm always gonna come back to Feldmann's because it's been about a decade of just great experiences over and over again.
